Carlos Barcon

     Carlos Barcon is an extremely dynamical figure, being involved always in an lot of Cultural events in the region of Galicia (Spain). As the director of the magazine "ArtGalicia" is also the President of the "Sociedade Ferrusola".

        Being an appreciator of Helena Amaral`s art, he invited the portuguese for exposing in El Ferrol in 1994 and promotes frequently that painter in his magazine.
